The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Add adjustment to box 14 for W-2 for year 2020
Payroll for North America > U.S. Annual Processing > W-2 Adjustments > Create W-2c US/Territories
2. Create w2-c PDF
Payroll for North America > U.S. Annual Processing > W-2c Reporting > Create W-2c PDF Forms
3. Review PDF
Payroll for North America > U.S. Annual Processing > Create W-2 Data > View W-2/W-2c Forms
