Symptoms

The Stats-Can Degree Level is delivered through HP_STATS_DEG_LVL and the value for this field is 2 digits whereas Stats Canada expects 1 digit:

"Element 18: Level of Highest Earned Degree

Description:

A one - digit code to report the level of the staff member's highest earned degree, diploma or professional designation.

Notes:

Please note that it is the highest degree, and not the most recent, which is required. The following codes list the degrees in order of highest to lowest. Please exclude all anticipated and all honorary degrees."

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Profile Management > Content Catalog > Content Types > Content Types
2. Search for the Field HP_STATS_DEG_LVL
3. Notice that the Field is delivered with 2 digits instead of 1
