EGM: The Budget Overview Page Does Not Display the Grants Project Budget for a User (Doc ID 2999464.1)

Symptoms

For a particular user, the Budget Overview page does not display the Grants Project Budget. When attempting to search using the project, the following message is displayed online.

-----
No data exists for this selection (18021,1515)


Replication Steps:

  1. Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Security > Activate Row-level Security. No Security option is chosen.
  2. Go to Commitment Control > Review Budget Activities > Budgets Overview.
  3. For a particular user, choose an existing Inquiry. Notice that the fields Business Unit, Ledger group, and Project information are populated. Perform a search by clicking the Search button.
  4. The above message is received and no project budget is displayed.
  5. The same criteria when used for another user, the project budgets are displayed as expected.
