Symptoms
When running the ISIR File Load, FAPSAR00 Cobol, the following error - abbreviated from the full message shown in the COBOL log - occurs in a Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) environment. The error has ONLY been reported to occur with MSSQL and not other database types or platforms.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Financial Aid > File Management > ISIR Import > Process ISIRs > ISIR File Load.
- Enter Aid Year 2025 along with other required parameters, and run the process.
- In Process Monitor, note when the process instance ends in 'Error'
- Click 'Details' then 'View Log/Trace' then the FAPSAR00 .log file in the file list to verify the full error message details.
