E-PSEM: Unable to Discover Process Scheduler Throws "No PS_HOMEs Were Discovered" (Doc ID 2999500.1)

Symptoms

The Windows Servers were replaced for the process scheduler. When trying to use Oracle Enterprise Manager to rediscover them again, it throws the following error on the screen:

No PS_HOMEs were discovered. There are no new PS_HOMEs to be discovered in the given 'Discovery Path' at the specified 'Crawl Depth'
