Bidder Group does not Display All Selected Contact Names on Invite Bidders Page (Doc ID 2999704.1)

Symptoms

Bidder Group does not display all selected contact names on Invite Bidders Page.

Note: In the Replication Steps, User Details / Company Names / Addresses / Emails / Telephone Numbers / Etc. are fictitious (based upon made-up data used in the Oracle DEMO Environments), any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
      1. Navigate : Suppliers > Supplier Information > Add/Update > Add/Update Supplier
            Add multiple contacts for Supplier ID 044 & 050
      2. Navigate : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details
            Create an Event
            Go to Invite Bidders page
            Click Search for Bidders
            Enter ID : 0000000044
            Select Results Option : Display All Contacts
            Click Search
            Select the “Invite” checkbox for all three contacts
            Change ID : 0000000050
            Click Search
            Select the “Invite” checkbox for two contacts
            Click Return to Invite Bidders
            Click Save Bidders as Group
            Enter Group ID (NewTSTGrp) and Group Name (NewTSTGrp)
            Click Ok
            Click Save
      3.Create New Event
            Go to Invite Bidders Page
            Click Search for Bidders
            Enter Group ID : NewTSTGrp
            Select Results Option : Display All Contacts
            Click Search
      Issue : Five contacts are stored in this group, but only two are displayed.
