Symptoms
As a Payroll Administrator, there is no option enter absences for employees, and be able to override the calculated amount for the BRD.
The override amount should be used during payroll calculation

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Record an absence for an employee in April and force their economic data: Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Maintain Absences > Absence Event ESP - Additional Data Tab
2. Calculate Payroll: Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Calculate Payroll
Notice: After the payroll calculation, the calculated BRD corresponds to the previous month, which is, the automatically calculated one, not the forced one.
