With Bug 35402616 - CAN: FORMULA CHANGES BASED ON CPP/QPP ENHANCEMENTS - PHASE 2, delivered in Tax Update 23-D, 3 fields have been added to PS_CAN_TAX_BALANCE:

1) PY_CAN_PEN_EXEMPT
2) PY_FSA_YTD
3) PY_F5B_YTD
