The FAN_ISIR* Views Updated for 2024-2025 no Longer Return Data for Previous Aid Years (Doc ID 3000097.1)

Symptoms

Some views that were updated to work for Aid Year 2024-2025 no longer return data rows for previous Aid Years. The views impacted are:

These views need to return the expected results for all Aid Years, so that existing queries and equations, previously written to reference the reviews, continue to return the expected results. For example, this issue has been reported to affect packaging equations that use the views. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In Query Manager, query any of the tables listed above. 
  2. Note that when criteria is used to limit to Aid Years <= '2024', no rows are returned. 

 

Changes

 The issue occurs after applying the fixes related to Patch 35043037 - 2024-2025 ISIR UPDATE: FAFSA SIMPLIFICATION
