Applying a change package containing all fixes from Patch 35043037 -  2024-2025 ISIR UPDATE: FAFSA SIMPLIFICATION on a SQL Server environment fails on the Create Views Step.  Examination of the change assistant log file created shows the following error. 

This issue does not occur on Oracle database platforms.  The expectation is the change package should apply successfully.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Change Package containing all maintenance delivered in Patch 35043037: 2024-2025 ISIR UPDATE: FAFSA SIMPLIFICATION;
2. Using Change Assistant, apply the Change Package to a target environment;
3. The Create Views step will fail;
4. Review the job.log file created by Change Assistant.
