Symptoms
When running Update Withholding to turn off Withholding for a 1099 Supplier, process abends at Step AP_WTHD_UPDT.UpdVchrs.Step10 with an error.
ERROR
Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.PS_WTHD_UPDTV_TMP' with unique index 'PS_WTHD_UPDTV_TMP'. The duplicate key value is (xxxxx, yyyyyy)
Process 402938 ABENDED at Step AP_WTHD_UPDT.UpdVchrs.Step10 (SQL) -- RC = 805 (108,524)
TO REPRODUCE
1. On the Update Supplier Withholding page, turn off Withholding for the Supplier for the current Tax Reporting Year
2. Run Update Withholding with Process Option = Process Only Supplier Updates
3. Process will abend at Step AP_WTHD_UPDT.UpdVchrs.Step10 with the above error
