Supplier Invitation Is Not Using The FROM Field From The Email Template When Sending the Invitation From Registration Invite Act Log Page

Symptoms
When changing the From field on the supplier invitation email template system is using it correctly when sending the invite from the Manage invitation page but not using it when sending the invite from the Registration Invite Act Log page
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to : PeopleTools > Workflow > Notifications, Component = SUP_OB_MNG_INVITE, Template Name = SCM_SUPPLIER.
- Specify Sender = Other Email ID = XXXXXXX
- Navigate to : Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Manage Registration Invitation , Invitation ID = US Suppliers.
- Send invitation to Supplier and notice that the From field is XXXXXXX as expected.
- Now navigate to : Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Registration Invite Act Log.
- Send the same exact invitation.
- Notice that the From field on the email is the system generated email not the one specified above.
