Error "Data Integrity Error" When Accessing Add/Review Participant Icon from Fluid EPerformance Document

Symptoms
The following error occurs in Add/Review Participant on Fluid ePerformance Document.
Data Integrity Error
The data structure from the page does not match the data structure in the database. This can be caused by a change in the record definition while you were viewing the page. This is a non-recoverable error and the current transaction will be aborted.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PeopleSoft. Navigate to Manager Self Service Dashboard.
2. Click Team Performance tile > Team Documents tile.
3. Select from the list of employee’s current documents. Open Document.
4. Click Add/Review Participant icon.
5. Search page will be displayed.
6. Upon clicking the EmplID field, "Data Integrity Error" message occurs. Same error upon clicking other fields like Advanced Search.
