Symptoms

By enabling the Component Lockdown for POSITION_DATA_FL, the following Errors is triggered when creating a Position:

GetRecord: Record 'PER_ORG_ASGN_VW' not found in scroll level 0. (2,154) HCSC_CLK_COMP.CompLock_Utilities.OnExecute Name:GetComponent_SrchKeyFld_NameValue PCPC:6375 Statement:110
Called from:HCSC_CLK_COMP.CompLock_Utilities.OnExecute Name:GetLockEventParameters Statement:582
Called from:HCSC_CLK_COMP.CompLock_Utilities.OnExecute Name:GetComponentLockProperties Statement:6
Called from:HCSC_CLK_COMP.CompLock_SaveEdit.OnExecute Name:execute Statement:5
Called from:PT_RCF.ServiceInterface.OnExecute

The specified record was not found in the indicated scroll level. This may occur with various PeopleCode built-in functions that specify a "scroll context" via a series of records.

Review the PeopleCode that is generating the message and the page definition and correct as appropriate.

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Enable Lockdown for POSITION_DATA_FL. Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Payroll for North America > Component Lockdown > Component Lockdown Table.
2. Create a new Position. Workforce Administrator > Position Management > Manage Position
