E-NV: nVision Reports Get Stuck in Processing Status in Process Monitor Intermittently and Excel.Exe Hangs in Task Manager. (Doc ID 3001351.1)

When nVision Reports are run from PIA they get stuck in Processing status intermittently in Process Monitor, and Excel.Exe hangs in Task Manager on the scheduler server.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Log into PIA and navigate to Reporting Tools-> PS/nVision -> PS/nVision Schedule Requests.
2. Select the Business Unit and Report ID.
3. Run the nVision report to Web/Excel output.
4. The process hangs in Processing status in Process Monitor.


 Installation of Excel 2019 on the scheduler server.
