Symptoms

When clicking the 'Process ISIR' button on ISIR Suspense Management 24/25 component, for any record, the following error occurs:

Remote program FAPSARRC failed with return code: 8006 .Reason: Invalid datatype specified. In section: SQLRT: EXECUTE-STMTERROR INSERTING I-STUAID (FAP00SLD) (2,-1) DERIVED_ISIRWK5.LOAD_ISIR_PB.FieldChange PCPC:2023 Statement:25

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > File Management > ISIR Import > 2024-2025 Suspense Management, for any record in Unprocessed status.
  2. Check ‘ID Lock’, Select ‘Add ISIR’, andClick ‘Process ISIR’.
  3. Note the error displayed on the page.
