When trying to apply patch 36178626, the step Altering Tables from Change Assistant fails with the following error.

ORA-12899: value too large for column
"SYSADM"."PSYWKF_CNT_TYP_ESP"."SERV_PRDTN_RSN_ESP" (actual: 254, maximum: 250)
Steps to reproduce de issue:
1. Create a change package with bug 36178626.
2. The Change Assistant step Altering Tables fails with the above error.
