PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Global Payroll Switzerland - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
On the Maintain Source Tax Data CHE page, an employee can have multiple mutations that will generate a new event( Leave) and may result in a tariff change.
The mutations and the withdrawals (EMA) must be transmitted to the KSTV(Swiss eGovernment) via the monthly ELM(Swiss eGovernment - einheitliches Lohnmeldeverfahren)reporting process.
But as per the Swissdec guidelines, only one Entry can be submitted.
Example: Canton change (12) & Company (11) change. Or Canton change (12) & Other (13).
The below validation error is triggered when trying to validate the XML file.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt Payee Data Taxes Maintain Source Tax Data CHE and in the Mutation Data field, add a new EMA row which would generate an event ( Leave).
2. The ELM process ( Swiss eGovernment - einheitliches Lohnmeldeverfahren)(Domain ID 15) generates the XML file with multiple EMA entries and the validation fails with the above error.
