Mass Packaging Assign Plans (FAPPKASN COBOL) Fails with Message 'Stored Statement FAPPKCTL_S_AIDYRCR Not Found' (Doc ID 3003648.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Mass Packaging Assign Plans Cobol process FAPPKASN, the process ends in error, with the following messages displayed in the COBOL output log:

Application Program Failed
Action Type : SQL SELECT
In Pgm Section : SQLRT: SQL-STMT-GET
Error Message : Stored Statement FAPPKCTL_S_AIDYRCR not found
Stored Stmt : FAPPKCTL_S_AIDYRCR

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > Awards > Mass Packaging > Assign Plans, and run the process.
  2. In Process Monitor, note when the process ends in 'Error' status.
  3. Click 'Details', then 'View Log/Trace' then the COBOL log file in the file list to verify the error messages.

Changes

The issue occurs after applying the Financial Aid fixes delivered in PUM 31.
