Symptoms


Courses with Classes that have Learning Component Type Sessions are not getting added to the Elastic Search classic index LS_LM_ACT_CI.

 

Error Message:  

Message logged for AE PTSF_GENFEED) 

Setup category data, before running this program. (18088,344)
...........DoStepActions [2091] Exception logged: RC=101.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Log in as an Administrator
2. navigate to Talent Administrator dashboard , click Enterprise Learning Tile
3. navigate to Catalog > Maintain Classes > search for class
4. Select class > Scroll down to Learner Group section
5. Scroll up, go to Learning Components
6. Edit Session
7. Go to Session Tab
8. Add a Session and click OK, which saves the Session. 

Then,
9. Rebuild the Elastic Search classic index LS_LM_ACT_CI
10. navigate to classic Self Service from Find Learning tile {enter Class name of class updated in the pre-requisite steps}
11. {click} Search icon, notice receive message no results returned.
