After Applying the ACA Patches for 2023, Boxes 15 and 18 on the 1095C Self Mailer Form Are Misaligned (Doc ID 3004195.1)

Symptoms

After applying the ACA patches for 2023, some data in boxes 15 and 18 on the printed Form 1095C Self Mailer was misaligned.
The amount in box 15 for the months of May and August is misaligned. The "X" in box 18 is misaligned for all months except April.

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Check and update the 2023 processing configuration for ACA in the demo environment:
    A. Enter the 2023 Report Definitions on the 2023 row on the ACA Form BI Publisher Options page (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > ACA Preparation > ACA Form BI Publisher Options).
    B. Enter the 2023 row on the ACA Form Options page (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > ACA Preparation > ACA Form Options).
    C. Enter the 2023 row on the ACA Transmittal Parameters with the Default File Type set to Production (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > ACA Preparation > ACA Transmittal Parameters).
2. Run the ACA Data Extract twice to create and then finalize all records (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > ACA Data Extract).
3. Run the Create ACA XML Files process (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Transmittal and Forms > Create ACA XML Files).
4. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Report Manager.
5. Print the ACA 1095C Self Mailer Forms from the "ACA95C23_SM [00001] - ACA95C23_SM.PDF" and note that some data in boxes 15 and 18 is misaligned.
