Symptoms
When running the Absence Calculation and Payroll process, in the Absence Calculation process it was noted that in the results tab some employees have excessive hours.
The day count is more than 24 hours which is more than the scheduled hours for the day.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Global Payroll and Absence Management >Absence and payroll processing >Calculate Absence and payroll and run the Absence Calculation process.
2. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt Absence and Payroll Processing Review Absence/Payroll Info Results by Calendar Calendar Results.
3. Click the Absence Data link on the Calendar Results page.
4. Notice that the day count is more than 24 hours which is more than the scheduled hours for the day.
