Symptoms

An administrator enters elections for an employee in Perform Election Entry. When the employee has elected to participate in a Flexible Spending Account Plan (FSA), the FSA worksheet shows a calculated amount for the Employee Contribution field and is not editable when Payroll for North America is the Pay System.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Administrator navigates to Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Participant Enrollment > Perform Benefit Election Entry).
2. Enter employee election to participate in a Flexible Spending Account Plan.
3. See an Employee Contribution amount displayed and the field is not editable.
