Goal
OH locality 15000 and $DFLT are not calculating the correct tax rate
Testing the locality in Tax Update 23-D for Cincinnati, OH, the rate is calculating at 1.761%, and not 1.8%. The taxable gross is calculating perfectly, but the rate is not the expected rate.
Why is the tax rate not correct for Ohio locality 1500?
