Symptoms
Processing of an Employee's Event is ending with the Status of "AE - Program Elig Assign Error".
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Process employee's Event through On-Demand Event Maintenance (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Maintenance).
2. See the Event's Status of Program Elig Assign Error on line.
