Last updated on MARCH 19, 2024

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN eSettlements - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Upgraded from PUM Image 37 to PUM Image 47 and from PT 8.58.07 to 8.60.07. A Supplier logs into the Supplier portal and tries to add a Fluid Self Service Invoice. After clicking the + sign on the My Invoices page, a message will appear.

MESSAGE
(Message Not Found)

If click OK to the message and the browser page is refreshed, the Self Service Invoice page will appear correctly with the Activity Guide / Train Stops at the top of the page. The Supplier will be able to create multiple Self Service Invoices but the above message will eventually occur again when clicking the + sign on the My Invoice page.

This problem did not occur when on Image 37, PT 8.58.07.

It appears this problem is browser specific. The problem occurs when using either Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome but does not occur when using Mozilla Firefox.

TO REPRODUCE
1. Using a Microsoft Edge web browser, log into the Supplier Portal
2. Supplier Secure Home page, select the Invoices and Payments tile
3. Invoices and Payment page, select the Self Service Invoice tile
4. My Invoices page, click the + sign
5. Self Service Invoice page, above message will appear
6. Click OK to the message
7. Put the cursor in the web address field and press the key
8. Self Service Invoice page will display correctly with the Activity Guide / Train Stops at the top of the page

Changes

Upgraded to PUM Image 47, PT 8.60.07.
