E-PIA: Clicking on the Search Results does not Open The Content Reference on Manage Configurable Search Search Page

Symptoms
On Manage Configurable Search search page, when searching and clicking on one of the search results, nothing happens.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PeopleTools > Utilities > Manage Configurable Search
2. Search for any keyword
3. Click on the result, nothing happens. It's supposed to open the corresponding conference reference
