The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Log in as a Learning Administrator

2. navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Rebuild Indexes > Build Search Index
3. Run for index LS_LM_ACT_CI_FL
4. AE Process  PTSF_GENFEED runs to no success with an error message.
