Symptoms

Fatal Peoplecode SQL Error when creating a Buyer Workcenter Filter.

Error:

SQL error in Exec. (2,280) SRM_PO_WORKCENTER_DASHBOARD.PO.MyWorkLink.OnExecute Name:GetRowExists PCPC:4911 Statement:119

Called from:FSPC_MYWORK_PGLT.GBL.PostBuild Statement:137During the execution of SQL, an error occurred in the Exec subroutine. The preceding message should have described the SQL being executed

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Enterprise Component > WorkCenter/Dashboards > Configure Filter Definitions. Create a custom filter for Req Type
  2. Go to Enterprise Component > > WorkCenter/Dashboards > Validate Filters. Run Validate Filters process
  3. Go to WorkCenter/Dashboards > Configure Pagelet. Buyer Workcenter. On the My Work Tab add the filter
  4. Activate My Work Settings
  5. Go to Purchasing > Buyer Workcenter. Edit Filter. Add condition for filter created. Apply
  6. Refresh the pagelet to see the changes. Getting the error
