Error "Attachment failed to download. (18036,10014) File not found. (18036,10012)" When Viewing Deleted Attachment in Supplier Portal from Event Line Bid Factor Page (Doc ID 3008334.1)

Symptoms

Getting error message in supplier portal when trying to view a deleted attachment on the Event line bid factor page.

Error Message:
Attachment failed to download. (18036,10014) File not found. (18036,10012)

 

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details.
  2. Add event information and add a header and line bid factor.
  3. On line bid factor make sure to have an attachment type bid factor.
  4. Post the event.
  5. Sign in to supplier portal and navigate to : Manage Events and Place Bids > View Events and Place Bids.
  6. Press on line BID and add the line bid factor attachment then return to the bidding page.
  7. Go back to line bid page and delete the attachment then return to the bidding page.
  8. Press again on line Bid and try to view the attachment (Which is still there).
  9. Getting error message.
