Symptoms

Clicking on the 'Cloud Manager Settings' tile throws a pop-up error after upgrading PeopleSoft Cloud Manager (CM) from 16 to 17.


First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member toString.

Called from:ECL_RECTAGS_WRK.ECL_TAG_NS_ID.RowInit Statement:2

The first operand of the dot operator is the NULL value, indicating the lack of any object value. As a consequence, the given method or property cannot be used.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Self-Update proccess to upgrade to CM 17.
2. Log into Cloud Manager.
3. Click on the 'Cloud Manager Settings' tile.
