HCM: Address Search Functionality On The Create Applicant Page Does Not Populate The Address Fields (Doc ID 3008616.1)

Symptoms

When trying to use the Create Applicant page and enter an address using the search functionality, the address fields are not being populated when the search popup closes.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Recruiting > Create Applicant
2. In the Address section, enter a Country that would have search enabled, such as Netherlands.
3. Enter a City value (such as AMSTERDAM), and click Address Search link
4. Select a row
5. Fields are not populated after the popup closes.
