Why boxes 16A and 17A are not listed in CTX910AU for the T4 form?

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to Payroll for North America > Year End Processing CAN > Audit and Error Reports > T4

2. Box 16A & 17A do not not appear in employee details and totals.
