Special Character in the Journal Id Imported by GL_EXCL_BATC Spreadsheet Journal (Doc ID 3008888.1)

Symptoms

A problem has been detected when at Special Character was add in the Journal Id Imported by GL_EXCL_BATC Spreadsheet Journal - exceeds the specified length 10 char

    Steps to reproduce the isssue:

  1. Import journal from JRNL1_TestSR.txt with special characters Journal ID 12345&7890
  2. Import the file running Spreadsheet Journal Import Request GL_EXCL_BATC
  3. Error
     Processing file JRNL1_TestSR.txt ...
     The Journal ID 12345&7890 exceeds the specified length of 10 characters.
  4.  GL_EXCL_BATC abending with unique char in JOURNAL_ID field - exceeds the specified length 10 char
