Symptoms

Sample Environment: PeopleTools 8.60.10, Visual COBOL version 9, on Windows platform

When installing the compiler license file (<filename>.XML) for Visual COBOL Build Tools, the following error is received.

"Error installing licenses :[2010] invalid license file path is passed. Please contact Micro Focus SupportLine "
