Symptoms
On Dirf Report BRA, for each INFPC(Health Provider) row, a RTPP row should be generated with the totals:

But the following sequence by employee is appearing in the file:

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Taxes > DIRF Parameters BRA > DIRF Parameters BRA and enter DIRF parameters for the company.
2. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Year-End Processing > DIRF Report BRA > DIRF Report BRA and generate the annual DIRF report for a company
