Last updated on MARCH 13, 2024

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When a new effective dated row is inserted on the Correct ISIR page, the FTI Consent Signature and Signature Date field can still be modified, when it's expected that the fix referenced in the changes section (below) was supposed to make the FTI fields 'read only'.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid, Federal Financial Aid, Correct ISIR Records;
  2. Select an emplid in the 2025 Aid Year;
  3. Note the FTI Consent and FTI Signature and Signature date fields are read only;
  4. Insert a new effective dated row;
  5. Note these fields are editable on the new effective dated row.
