The Link to View Completed Questionnaires Is No Longer Available After an Administrator Makes Changes to the Remote Worker Request. (Doc ID 3009806.1)

Symptoms

After a remote worker request is approved and an Administrator edits it, the View Questionnaire link is no longer available.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Employee submits a Remote Worker Request.  Navigation:  Employee Self Service > Remote Worker Tile.
  2. Administrator selects to approve it. Navigation:  Approval Tile.
  3. The Administrator selects a Request and makes an edit and saves.  Navigation:  Manager Self Service > Remote Worker Tile.
  4. The Administrator reviews the Request to see that the View Questionnaire link is no longer available to see what the employee previously submitted. Navigation:  Manager Self Service > Remote Worker Tile > Select the same Request and click to View Request Details.
