HCM: Recruiting Resume Template Section Change for "Are you a former employee" or "Eligible to work in US" Not Saved (Doc ID 3010086.1)

Symptoms

After unchecking the 'Enable former employee question' and/or 'Enable US work eligibility question' checkbox(es) on the Resume Template, external candidates still see these fields on the Referrals section of their application.

Steps to reproduce:

(Internal)

  1. Setup HCM>Product Related>Recruiting>Templates>Resume Templates.
  2. Choose preferred template.
  3. Access Template Section tab.
  4. In the Additional Information/Referrals section, uncheck the box 'Enable former employee question' and/or 'Enable US work eligibility question'.

(External)

  1. Applicant signs in and enters Careers.
  2. Search for a position; click "Apply"
  3. Navigate through application process.
  4. At the Referrals step, the 'Are you a former employee' and/or 'Are you eligible to work in the US' field(s) is/are still visible.
