When running the ISIR File Load, FAPSAR00 Cobol process, it runs to success, but all or most records processed fail to load, with the log file displaying "ISIR Data Load Parms not found for School".

For example, this issue is being most recently observed when testing the ISIR File Load process for Aid Year 2025 using the test data provided by Federal Student Aid (FSA).

As the ISIR Data Load parameters are verified to be correctly set up for the Aid Year being processed and the correct school code(s), the files are expected to load, and the meaning of the message is not clear.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > File Management > ISIR Import > Process ISIRs > ISIR File Load, and run the process.
  2. Click Process Monitor, and watch for the process to end in "Success" status.
  3. Click 'Details', then 'View Log/Trace', then the link to the .log file in the file list to review the results of the process and the log messages.
