Symptoms

When attempting to insert a subrecord into a new record using drag and drop functionality Application Designer, the following errors are seen in Application Designer:


ERROR
-----------------------

An error has occurred while accessing field definition information for %1.

Illegal uncommitted SQL cursor detected. Close down all windows and reboot.

PeopleTools: 8.59.12

Replication Steps
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start Application Designer
2. File -> New -> Project
3. File -> Save Project as -> Give a name
4. File -> Open > Record open FILE_ATTDET_SBR Subrecord Definition
5. Insert this Record definiton into project
6. File -> New -> Record
7. Try to insert the subrecord into the new record, and observe the errors above
