Symptoms

User is not able to view Time Report History for a different employee


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into PeopleSoft with User1 and Navigate to Fluid Time Entry

2. Click on History button

Here are Time Sheet History for User1

3. Change Employee (EMPL1)

4. Click on History button

History is shown for User1 and not for EMPL1
