User is not able to view Submitted Time Report for a different employee

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. NAvigate to Fluid Employee Self Service > Time Entry (Tile)

2. Select Action: Change Employee and choose a different Employee ID

3. Click on the Arrows to Change the Date

4. Notice that the Employee is changed back to logged User ID
