Goal
When running the tax909ny.sqr does not address Yonkers locality 84000. It only addresses New York City.
An employee moved out of Yonkers (84000), NY in the middle of the calendar year 2023.
Tax909ny.sqr 'YE NYC Part Yr Res Alloc' only addresses the part-year residency for New York City locality P0001. Is this by design?
