Error When Posting TCSI Course Admission With Multiple Admit Terms: "Errors encountered while processing Course Admission (14905, 41)" (Doc ID 3010861.1)

Symptoms

If the Student Acad Prog / Plan data has multiple Admit Terms, possible when application (APPL) happened on one Admit term and Matriculation (MATR) happened on another, then the TCSI Course Admission successfully posts one and fails for the other.  The error is seen in a popup window.

Errors encountered while processing Course Admission (14905, 41)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Reporting > AUS Regulatory Reporting > TCSI > Transaction Maintenance >TCSI Course Admission
  2. Query an emplid
  3. Student is conditionally admitted in term 1
  4. Student is Matriculated in a different Term
  5. Post the TCSI Course Admission

This is observed after an Update from CS 9.2.030 to CS 9.2.031
