Benefits Administration Event Created by the Addition of Employment Instance Results in a Status of Finalized - Benefit Program None (Doc ID 3011566.1)

Symptoms

A new Employment Instance was created for an employee. The Benefits Administration Event related to this new Job processed to Finalized - Benefit Pgm None.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Add a new Employment Instance for an employee (Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Information > Add Employment Instance).
     2. Schedule the related Benefits Administration Event (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Maintenance).
     3. See that the Event is processed to Finalized - Benefit Pgm None/Closed rather than the expected Prepared/Open status.
