Symptoms
After the PUM 47 and Tools 8.60.06 upgrade, newly created invoices or copied invoices do not reflect in Elastic Global Search after turning on Real Time Indexing.
Replication Steps:

1. Enable real-time index search for EP_BI_BILLING. (Peopletools - Search framework - Real time Indexing - Configure Real Time Indexing)
2. Copy the existing bill. ( Billing - Maintain Biils - Copy single Bill)
3. Search for the invoice ID in elastic search, no result found.
