Symptoms

On : PT 8.5*, Microsoft 2019 R2, Report Distribution

When attempting to Post report, the following error occurs.

Steps
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a New Windows Server with Antivirus installed
2. No exclusion for PeopleSoft services/ folders in Antivirus.
3. Configure Process Scheduler Server & services are stopped by Antivirus.

Changes

Process Scheduler server was configured on newly installed Windows server.
