E-PIA/PN: When Viewing All Notifications on the Home Page, the Bell Icon's Dot is Dark Green and Difficult to See With the Brown background (Doc ID 3012539.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to PeopleTools (PT) 8.60, the Notification's bell icon's dot appears in two shades of green in PIA.
When viewing all Notifications from the home page, the dot is dark green and difficult to see with the brown background.

However, when navigating to and viewing them from other pages, the dot is light green, and is easier to see.


Steps to replicate:

1. Log into PIA in an environment containing notifications.

2. From the Notifications panel on the right, click on the triple vertical dots and select "View All Notifications".

3. Observe that the green dot is dark green, and is difficult to see.

4. Navigate to other pages, and observe that the green dot is bright light green and easy to see.
