Beneficiary Count Changes to 0 for Life Insurance Plan Type With Only One Beneficiary After Employee Opens Another Life Insurance Plan Type From Fluid Benefit Enrollment Summary

Symptoms
There is only one Beneficiary on Life Insurance Plan Type A and that individual is a Beneficiary only. In Fluid Benefit Enrollment, the employee sees a Beneficiary count of 1 on the tile for that Plan Type. He/she selects the tile for Life Insurance Plan Type B then returns to the Enrollment Summary page by selecting the Cancel button. The tile for Life Insurance Plan Type A now shows a count of 0 for Beneficiaries.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee navigates to the Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > Benefits Enrollment tile.
2. Employee sees a Beneficiary count of 1 on a Life Insurance Plan Type tile.
3. Employee opens a tile for a different Life Insurance Plan Type.
4. Employee returns to the Enrollment Summary tile.
5. Employee sees that the count of beneficiaries on the Life Insurance Plan Type tile that was previously 1 is now 0.
